Over the years, the Xbox has been one of the most popular devices on the market today if not the most popular. It does seem to be overselling the likes of the Play Station 3 and the Nintendo Wii but the Xbox 360 might not be the only console from Microsoft that hits the shelves. In fact, there is news that a new Xbox could be hitting the shelves sooner than expected. Well, everything does seem to be all rumours for the moment however but that does not mean to say that the new Xbox will be coming out soon.
Nothing really is confirmed but nor denied either so that might be saying something. Anyway, with rumours flying around about a new Xbox hitting the shelves, which might have also been known as the Xbox 720; but if this is going to hit the shelves, it must do something special to sell. If there are no upgrades from the Xbox 360, many customers and lovers of the Xbox might be disappointed so will there be any changes? Well, maybe and maybe not, not much is known about the new Xbox so whether there is going to be anything new coming from Microsoft, it is not clear.
For many customers of Microsoft Xbox, they are not sure what to expect but one thing is for sure, they are expecting a lot. They want to see something good and impressive with the right price attached to it also. However, from what is now, Microsoft has had a few problems with cyber hackers breaking into their defences. Though, it does seem that Microsoft is doing their best to make sure that all of their sites are secure for themselves and their customers. They knew their customers have to feel safe and if they don’t then maybe they will start to lose customers.
Of course, Microsoft doesn’t want to lose any customers so they are trying their best to make sure all of their sites are secure. There is a reason why or certainly a thinking behind why Microsoft is possibly going to name their new console the Xbox 8; maybe it has to do something with the fact that Windows 8 is going to be launching soon also.
There have been many different names over what the new Xbox would be called including the Infinity and 720 but right now, it does seem that the Xbox is going to be named the Xbox 8. If that is the case, it will cause Windows to become worried because any competition is strong competition today. There is a thought that the new Xbox 8 will be more than five times faster than the original and the 360 with possibly a Blu-Ray player also. There is even a slight argument over whether an actual 3D output will be included.
